PROJECT SUMMARY:
Scope of services included providing programming, master planning, architectural and engineering design, and construction administration services for this new 28,000 gsf office building built in Punta Gorda , Florida . The building contains offices for the Farr law firm, the oldest and largest law firm in Charlotte County .
The design of the Earl D. Farr Building reflects the owner's desire to build a " Florida style" building. Deep overhangs, metal roofs, as well as generous windows overlooking the Charlotte Harbor contributed to the desired aesthetic.
